I wrote that as I was standing in line to get my connection rerouted. I should be about 5 hours late today if everything goes well.

Two days ago, my arrival into lagaurdia was 2 hours late. That extra time was spent on the tarmac next to a chick that was not nearly hot enough. Then my ride to yonkers lied to my face about the extra/fantom tolls we passed through while I was asleep. Yea, that is southwest's fault too.

Really, my predicament is not nearly as bad as some of the horror stories related to air travel of late but I got up at 3am today and I am cranky.

That said, southwest can still eat a d.

I heard "airline connection" and "waiting on tarmac" and "not nearly hot enough". That's enough of an explanation. I feel your pain man, I do.

The icing on the cake is that the delay is due to bad weather last night. Faa requires that flight staff needs a 10th rest. That's all good but it means that southwest knew and did not let their customers know. They specifically ask for contact info when you book flights to inform you of delays. They didn't even follow their protocol. So like I said, **** southwest airlines.

Hey I got an aisle seat and just got whacked in the head with an overhead suitcase. I think the lady was packing an anvil. Flight crew looks rested! Looking forward to double bloodies.

I think you owe it to them to have a Beavis moment on take off.

I hope you used your time wisely this morning (and last night) to eat a combination of foods that will create some black farts of death. SW might make you wait, but you can stink 'em out!

Well, look at it this way. You can afford to fly. You're alive and kicking. and complaining too.

Take a couple deep breaths and move on.

Quit whining. I'm on a bus in south America for the next week. It smells and there are chickens. I would much rather be on an American airline

If I were in control of moving on, perhaps I would complain less. And kicking only gets you a date with the cops. But yes, I am happy to be alive.

Boy, Quickie made a thread tailor made for that statement. Get in on it.
