Pardon my confusion over terminology; that's why I'm here.
We are considering getting a video camera for my 10-year-old son to use. He's totally hooked on making little vids w/an older, primarily still-shot digicam, but it only does 30 seconds at a time; I think if he had decent tools he could really go somewhere w/it. Now before anyone flames me over *giving* a 10-yr-old a $200 camera, it would be a very much *earned priveilage* deal, and if he didn't get into it, we(so-called 'adults')would certainly use it.
