So like I'm almost done with my German homework. I only have 2 questions left and like I need your help. please. So like you have to fill in the blank, and if you guys don't help me I'm ****ed, because my German teacher is ****ed in the head and if I don't finish this I think he will castrate me and I don't want that to happen.

The -chen part is (like -lein) a "diminutive" suffix that can be appended to a noun, making it a "small" instance of same. Those will all be grammatical neuters. Cf. -kin in English. The Mäd- part is etymologically the same as the English "maid".
