Ocean nasal spray is great
and breath right strips are GOD!

I had the op, which made big difference. Before that not a lot of stuff worked apart from prescription steroidal sprays, which as I was playing sport at the time I had to stay clear of.

It helps to steer clear of wet, damp climates. I made the move from Scotland to the US and that helped a lot!

odd see I have the opposite, mine screw up crazy when I spend too much time in my dry apartment I could've supplied the prop blood for the movie carrie this winter..
