Did Andrew Lloyd Webber rip off Barnes and Barnes?

I find the verses to be very similar. I know...I am whacked out.

"Fish Heads" from Barnes and Barnes (Dr.Demento)

"Music of the night" from Phantom Of The Opera.

Because of very noticeable similarities between "Music of the Night" and a
recurring melody in Giacomo Puccini's 1910 opera La Fanciulla del West (The
Girl of the Golden West), Webber has been accused of plagiarism by
several individuals. Following the success of Phantom, the Puccini estate
filed suit against Webber accusing him of plagiarism, but the suit was
settled out of court and details were not released to the public.

So, perhaps it was Barnes and Barnes who ripped off Giacomo Puccini.

Also, compare the Prologue of "Phantom" with Pink Floyd's "Echoes."

We cower in our shelters with our hands over our ears
Lloyd-Webber's awful stuff runs for years and years and years
An earthquake hits the theatre but the operetta lingers
Then the piano lid comes down and breaks his ******* fingers
It's a miracle
