The change in her hair makes a much bigger difference (IMO) than any work she did or didn't have done to her face. But it's not like she's gorgeous now.
Still, I thought the occasional references to her being unattractive during her father's presidency were on the cruel side. Not as crass as John Edwards continually mentioning Cheney's gay daughter in their debate, but both were unnecessary.
