Nope, Viacom and Time Warner reached an agreement shortly after midnight. The show will stay on the air.

I think someone needs to revive the Spongebob quotes thread. I can't now because I have to get off the comp, but someone do it.

It did, but it wasn't because of the Viacom/Time Warner deal. The new episodes aren't as good and Tom Kenny's Spongebob voice is different now.

It had been a while since I last saw the show and noticed the voice difference. I was wondering if Tom Kenny still did the voice.

From what I heard on the News, Viacom was going to pull their stations from TWC. I could care less cause I have DirecTV and even if it were pulled on TWC, I'd be able to watch that annoying show that my kids love.

IMO, the newer spongebob episodes have really lost alot of their luster. They aren't as witty and ingenious as they once were. Which is disappointing, because I really liked the show...

+1.

Ren and Stimpy had some awesome animation, but that's about it. B&B was great satire.
