Has your significant other successfully changed you in any way? I hear that girls are always trying to change guys and was wondering if there where any success stories out there... if you could call it success.

I started listening to metal. Haha! Other than that... I hung out with my friends less. Got into different tv shows (he had more channels than I did). Got a better look at Atheistic points of view, most of which I agree with.

I really don't think I changed much personality or habit-wise.

I don't know who said it but I find this true about change in relationships:

If anything I get annoyed a lot easier now, that'd be about it.

...and how many guys have heard this line-
"I think we need to go our separate ways...you're no longer the man I married".

Oh yeah! I'm a completely new man. Well, other than that being old thing!!

I don't use any sort of illicit substances any more. I don't drink near as much as I used to. I quit smoking (although I do still have a few when I'm at the bar.) And I don't see any of my old hoodlum friends anymore.

It's not as bad as it sounds really. I probably would have been dead 5 years ago if it weren't for her.

She sure did. I don't regret any of it. I thought I had my life together before I met her, but I have become a much better man since she agreed to be my wife. I often forget how fortunate I am, and I sometimes wonder why she said "yes" when I asked her to marry me.
