There was one thing that had me leaning towards declining the position should it had been offered to me. They expect their employees to take the clients (participants as they call them) on "extra curricular" activities like, bowling, hiking, the beach, mini golf, and other activities. I don't mind doing things like that, but if I understood them correctly, and I'm pretty sure I did, they expect us to fund the events out of pocket, and don't pay us for the time we spend doing them.
