Guess it could be possible tho, the manner in which butterflys wings are coloured is caused by the structure of the cells, as opposed to pigment, they act as photonic crystals. Tho I doubt you'd ever get them that perfectly transparent!

And no, it is not shopped as you say. If I am not much mistaken that is a glasswing butterfly ('great oto' or something it is also called).

Butterfly wings have a network of veins that transport fluids for cell nutrition and thermoregulation, but in these butterflies large areas of the wings are still pretty much transparent.
For the record, most adult butterflies don't actually eat (although they do drink, including nectar), nor do they grow appreciably after metamorphosis and they generally only live a short time, sometimes just a matter of days. They are pretty much just sex machines. James Brown, eat your heart out!

Awesome would get my vote if this was a poll.
All insects are awesome in some way, the flying kinds even more so. They were here millions of years before us and will still be here millions years after we have gone extinct.
I don't doubt for a second that there couldn't be a transparent winged butterfly like that. Most of the big dragonflys we have here have more veins per sq.mm, but the wing material itself is transparent.
