Do you eat Duck ? I am pretty sure that I have tried it , I believe it was after an Elton John concert at MSG and I ate some of a duck that was hanging in a near by Chinese window.

Yeah! Roast duck(peking roast duck) is a Chinese delicacy. But to be fair, most creatures that walk/fly/swim/crawl/wriggle have been turned into Chinese delicacies.

Yeah in Manhattan in many Chinese eating establishments the Ducks hang in the windows by their neck or feet , some tend to ressemble Donald.

If I'm in a restaurant and there's duck on the menu I order it. I've been eating duck since I was a kid. Good duck is great, bad duck is...really bad.

I love duck. If it's on a menu I'll usually order it.

yes, at nearly every opportunity.

A few years ago for xmas, I roasted 2 ducks for the family dinner. I took the trimmed skin/fat from the raw birds, put them in a saucepan to render out the fat, strained and cooled it, then used the fat to sautée all the vegetables we were eating with the Duck.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I tried at at a wine pairing dinner once, it was ok, I probably would not order it again. I'll stick with the yardbird.

Duck a l'Orange is one the most famous /common examples of French Cuisine - on the menu of most gourmet restaurants!

Where's the best retaurant in the world.......?

In Britain of course!
