Do you eat Duck ? I am pretty sure that I have tried it , I believe it was after an Elton John concert at MSG and I ate some of a duck that was hanging in a near by Chinese window.

A few years ago for xmas, I roasted 2 ducks for the family dinner. I took the trimmed skin/fat from the raw birds, put them in a saucepan to render out the fat, strained and cooled it, then used the fat to sautée all the vegetables we were eating with the Duck.
