Do you eat the skin of Chickens ? I really try to stay away from chicken skin but some of the mexican food I have consumed recently had chicken skin in addition to chicken flesh.

When I'm having fried chicken (usually at Popeye's), I take most of the skin off, except where the breading is pretty thin. But when it comes to chicken wings, I'm fine with eating the skin.

| | Yeah, I've got the moves like Jagger. | | Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: G.R. MI | | | What do they do with the skin from the boneless/skinless chicken parts they sell at the grocery store?? They should sell tubs of skin like they do livers. Can you imagine frying up a pound of bacon, and then frying up a pound of chicken skin in the residual grease?? That'd be great on a kaiser roll with some mayo and mustard!!
