Do You Enjoy Hot Soda?

Note that I'm not talking warm soda here - I'm talking an aluminum 12 oz. can of Pepsi or Coke or Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke or whatever which has been in the car all day in 100-plus degree conditions and is therefore almost as hot as you would normally drink coffee.

I myself got back to my car yesterday all thirsty beyond belief and took a chance on the can of Diet Mountain Dew in the cup holder. It was not bad but I woudln't make a habit of it.

I've never been in a desperate enough situation to consider drinking piping hot cola.

No. Terrible stuff. I was once on a long drive up to Bar Harbor, ME. At the time I had a Volkswagen Jetta and I had a can of Coke in the cup holder. I had the heat cranked in the car, and for some reason the heater heated up the cup holder area, just the location in the car I guess. Anyways, I grabbed the coke and took a swig before realizing that it was warm, almost hot. Way above "room temperature", I almost spit it everywhere. Disgusting

yeah, hot SODA is the worst. When coke gets above a certain temperature, you can't even taste it anymore, its like drinking bubbles or something...

Once opened and took a sip from a can of coke that had been sitting in my car for about a day in 42 degree (celsius) heat. I needed something to drink, and I was broke at the time. It was probably the most putrid sensation I've ever experienced. Almost threw up.

Truly vile. I'd much rather hold out till I found a store.

I've microwaved rootbeer (Okay, I was a huge Harry Potter fan so I tried to make ButterBeer) with other ingredients and it tasted awesome.

Warm/hot soda is vile.

Oh, and as far as the Pop Vs. Soda debate there seems to be no definitive answer:
