When I was a kid I went to this hamburger stand, and their burgers had all kinds of black pepper on them, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had, until I made it my own. In these parts I hold title rank of grillmaster.

Other than that those things cook the flavor and juice right out of things and are a pain if you don't have removable trays. |
