I don't own that model. I own a low level L12 which uses regular AA batteries (my preference). I don't like those rechargeable batteries. If you're out in the field and your battery dies, you're SOL unless you have spares. I use AA Lithium's which last forever and always keep spares on me. I have a Kodak that uses a rechargeable and I doubt I get a 1/2 hr continuous. As for recording, I believe each clip has a 10 minute limit. At least my camera does. Not sure if they all share the same specs.
