"By myself but not alone, I ask no one" - Metallica. I gain great serenity from conversing with myself all day.

That's not something I would admit to myself even if I were listening.

Me too... well, I mostly swear in different languages to myself.

And I'm a guy from Antwerp living in Limburg so it's good to hear Antwerp dialect from time to time.

Talking to yourself is normal
it's the only person you know who will certainly agree with everything you say
and that person listens, most of all!
speak (and used to think) in different languages to myself aswell

I talk to myself constantly. My brain is churning 24/7 and I can't make it stop. I either have music or useless conversation running through my head all the time. I also argue with myself quite frequently, usually trying to stop myself from doing something unwise. Good Dave vs. Bad Dave.

I have certain phrases I'm wont to say aloud to myself when a relevant situation comes up. Mostly they're trivial things, like "Don't forget the key" when I'm going out.

Yep!

Talking to yourself is the right way to go, it shows that you still have something actually worth talking about because if it isn't worth saying, why bother saying it?

A little but I have a coworker that sits nearby me that talks to herself so damned much, sometimes all day, that I don't even realize when she is actually talking to me. It's friggin' infuriating.

I usually talk to what I'm interacting with. I'm halfway between talking to objects and talking to myself.

I do, and most of the time it's just random stuff. I usually don't even realize I'm doing it.
