Does anyone else hate to watch sports too?

Like the title says, "does anyone else hate watching sports too?". Football, basketball, baseball, Nascar or whatever it makes no difference; I'd rather be watching paint dry. Most of the time I feel like a freak because of it but I'd guess there have to be a few others out there....

Not all sports or all games, but in general I'd rather be doing something else than watching a game. I've always been a really active guy, and especially when I was younger I'd always, "Why watch the sport when I could go outside and play it yourself?"

There are a few sports I like watching, but there are many that I can't stand watching but love playing.

besides the fact that I don't like sports (probably has something to do with being beat up by jocks my whole high school career) I also think it's a waste of money. There's so many people who are homeless, hungry, etc and we're paying these athletes millions of dollars a year to throw a ball around. Doesn't seem right.

The only sport I can stand watching on TV is soccer, 90 minutes with not commercials with ONE break of 15 minutes that I use to go to the kitchen and grab something to eat, I watch 2 or 3 games per year.

You should try rugby, 80 minutes with a single 10 minute break

I only watch. No sound. Can't stand that white noise from the crowd and insipid comments of the announcers (masters of the obvious).

Count me in, too. Sports bore me after about half an hour. I'd rather be doing something, anything.

I'm usually doing something else when sports are on. Sundays are football or NASCAR, but I'm also taking care of things around the house. I'll also have an EPL game on in the wee hours of the morning if nothing else is on too.

However, sports are seldom my first priority. I don't watch much TV, if they're on it's usually for white noise.

I think professional sports are lame as hell. I don't hate watching them, just the fact that they seem to be on every TV in my house almost all the time.
