I knew a guy who had one but he cut it later. He was all defensive about it. Some guy went up to him and said, 'Hey man, what if I cut off your rat tail?' and the guy goes, 'What if I cut off your balls?' Everyone looks at him and is like chill out man.

Hi.

Hell, NO.

I completely understand and respect them from a cultural or religious viewpoint, but outside that, NO WAY.

Welcome to the eighties.

I knew one kid who had one way back in the eighties. I think he got rid of it along with
his sea shell necklace before the nineties hit. Haven't seen more than a couple in my lifetime.

Why? He thought it was cool, I guess.

I had one when I was 6 or 7 for about a month. I decided it looked horrible, so I just grew out the rest of my hair.

That particular style was out of date by the time I started caring about my apearance.

You listen to David Allen Coe in Finland? I never thought he'd be popular there.

Does it have to be braided? Didn't they make fun of the radio exec in airhead for having one of those? They kept pulling him around in the chair by it.

It wasn't long enough to be a full blown pony tail. But it also wasn't braided.

I have never seen a rat tail outside of movies.
