Does anyone here speak Standard Arabic?

Well? Do you? I'm looking specifically for people who have knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic, not Ancient Standard Arabic (used in the Quran iirc) or an Arabic Dialect.

I need you to answer some questions about the consonant system
of this fascinating language.

Modern Standard Arabic is the Arabic of the Qu' ran. It's all the local variations that make a difference. I had four years of Arabic training in graduate school and then did my research in Sudan where I developed facility in speaking. I have allowed by language ability to go down unfortunately.

IIRC there are differences between the modern version and that of the Qu'ran, but you're correct if you say that MSA is the modern version of the Qu'ran Arabic.
