Does anyone know what freight company Music123 uses?

I just ordered an Acoustic B200H with the matching 115 cab. They shipped the head with UPS but I have a weird tracking number for the cab as it is apparently being shipped by a freight company that will deliver it with a dock truck. So does anyone know the company that they use to deliver their larger items so I know where to use this tracking number?

I think it varies, unpredictably. It's all out of the main Bain warehouse for Musician's Friend and whatever other online entities they now have. Nobody knows what they do next.

Obviously, call 'em.

I quit buying anything from them because I kept getting the wrong merchandise. I don't know who works in their warehouses, but they must not read english.

I think they've sent my heavy stuff via DHL in the past.

They will have many carrier relationships and could be using between 5-15 different carriers in the US alone, some small regional truckers to deliver to "off the beaten path" locations. Best to just ask them.

It used to be they would use the cheapest route to get to your location, if DHL was cheaper then Fedex freight then the DHL route would be used. Then what often happens is those freight companies may sub-contract the end delivery out to local companies. You can take a majority of tracking numbers and google them to find out what company they belong to and the recent tracking info. If you call into the 800 number they will track it and give you whatever info they can find.

Thanks,

P@
