Does FedEx deliver late at night?

I'm getting irritated because Fedex has never delivered this late before. My Pedulla 5 string is on the truck and out for delivery according to tracking info and the representative I talked to on the phone at 7pm, now it's almost 9pm.

Am I being impatient? overly nervous? Does anyone have experience with them delivering as late as 9pm? They're usually here around 4pm.

Supposedly until around 7...but I've gotten stuff as late as 8 from both UPS and FedEx. After 8, I'm not so sure. Did you check outside your door just to be sure? Sometimes those guys do funny stuff.

Yeah I checked, it's signature required as well.

Take a walk outside and look to see if they left it - I had the same issue - went outside and there was the package leaning against the side entrance - guessing they may have rung the bell and no one heard it. Take a walk around the house just to be sure.

Well...um... that doesn't always mean anything...I had that problem with my first Dingwall.

I got the dreaded Exception email telling me no attempt was made to deliver it today, and that it would be out for delivery tomorrow.

Fedex does this to me on a regular basis. I hates 'em I tell ya

I am currently awaiting a delivery from FedEx but it's a bit different this time. You see, the shipper never sent me the tracking info. All I know is that it's supposed to be delivered soem time this week.

I fing the whole experience to be both exciting (is that a box by my door

) and liberating.
