Does high fructose corn syrup scare you ? It is a big part of why I gave up drinking soda pop.

A single can of soda has 12 tablespoons of sugar in it!
Enough that you would throw up instantly after drinking it if it didn't have so much lactic acid in it.
The sugar + caffine makes you high, which makes soda addicting.
I used to weigh 265 pounds I stopped drinking soda (among a few other little things) and got down to 198 (back to like 220 now though...damn you mom and your meatloaf!). |
