there was this video posted a month back about this biker whos about to win a race but he raises his arms and shows off and then he falls and the person behind him wins the race.

Yeah, that dude is actually a capoeirista. It looks a bit like Lateef Crowder, better known as the capoeira expert that Namco used as inspiration for Eddie Gordo. Capoeira is actually a great martial art if you use it properly, which for the purposes of that movie (Never Back Down) he clearly wasn't. Capoeira is mostly ground moves, not as much flipping as you would think (I know, I did it for 3 years!).

It was created in Brazil when the Brazillian slaves where not allowed to practice any form of self defence as per the rules of the Portuguese slave masters. So, cunningly the slaves disguised their martial art as a dance!
