Drummer Devon Clifford of the band You Say Party! We Say Die! has died of a massive brain hemorrhage, his father said. He was 30.
Kinda sad...kinda ironic?

On the other hand, he went out while doing something he loved. You can't ask for more than that.

That's probably the most positive way to look at this.

i don't find it ironic at all - it's just a band name (sorta catchy too). this is just very sad.

Wow. That really sucks. I wonder if he had an aneuryism or if it was an arterial-venal malformation (avm). We probably won't find out, not much of a difference since he's already dead, but an ex gf of mine had an avm and it destroyed her. So sad. I feel for all those that loved him. Tragic.

That really sucks, I feel for his family and friends. On a positive note now we now know that drummers do have brains!

So, who here plans on going for that long-overdue physical?

If you have dependants, you might want to pencil that one in soon...

So sad too young. We had a story a few years ago in Cleveland during a gig a drummers throne broke and he fell backwards off the stage during the show. He suffered a torn Aorta (spell) and was rushed to the hospital and died...he was in his 30's if i remember right...tragic...never forgot about that story.
