I was literally just watching some previews to that on youtube it looks good.
But - allow me to use my amazing powers of precognition...this movie will be about nearly unstoppable aliens who take over the planet (or at least LA).. the military will fight hard but will be massacred with graphic scenes of the death of soldiers in as many ways as possible...in melted tanks, blown up jet fighters, or they'll just be ripped apart and dismembered. You'll see civilians dying as well...there will also be a cool black guy who gets killed first..it's always the cool black guy who dies first in these movies...why the hell is that??.Anywho, you'll see the main character in a close-up slow motion shot screaming: "noOoOooOoo".. when this happens. Anyway, all will appear to be lost when someone will discover some weakness in the aliens nearly by mistake and will come up with a clever way to beat them, so....the last remaining few characters will end up miraculously defeating the aliens...the main character, will then fall in love with the hot female scientist (as in the type of "hot" that NO real scientist has ever been in reality) that had helped him even though they are an unlikely pair.
Am I wrong? I'll bet $5 I just nailed the whole movie. I swear on Jaco this is all just guessing and that I have not read any plots or story lines so help me god. Any takers?
