The Dukes of Hazzard is awesome.

It's on CMT right now. I remember watching it when it was original... Dukes and Hulk were on Friday nights when I was a kid. Loved it. So cheesy to see it now, but still awesome. Why does TV have to be all reality when something so far from reality can be so awesome?

It is, but every Waylon video I looked up had a bass player with an active bass so I decided not to post it. Lame, I know, but I can't be like... "Look how awesome Waylon is on guitar but wait he used to play a P bass and P basses are awesome but his bass player doesn't play a P bass... Crap." up in here.

When I was 3 to 4, I had a fort made from the cardboard box that our refrigerator came in. I'd watch the Dukes of Hazzard in it all the time. I even had the HotWheels cars & would spend hours doing jumps, etc.

I never saw the recent remakes with Johnny Knoxville. It did not look to be of decent quality.

I know what you mean. I've been watching old episodes of Battlestar Galactica Saturday nights on Retro TV. My wife doesn't understand why I watch it, but it's for the pure cheesy fun of it! Besides, there's nothing else on TV these days, so why not watch something from your younger days that you enjoyed?

A bright orange charger blasting down narrow tracks, a comedy southern sheriff and his eejit deputy, fun plots and THOSE shorts....

What's not to love?

They say...the blond actor lied about his age to get the part. Kind of like lying on your resume...

Bo and Luke Duke! Good times. I met "Cooter" in West Virginia after following his General Lee to his garage. I felt a little psychotic but he and his lady friend were cool. But not cool enough to let me jump the Lee over the creek.
