It's usually post gig and pre bed, so just going to bed handles it for me.

you won't reach for junk. It won't kill a diet, just watch the intervals,
2-3 hours gap between snacks/meals is about right.
The human body should actually consume managable portions aka "the five meals a day diet" (diet is Bs, its a lifestyle change that keeps the weight off permanently) so the metabolism can continue burning without being overwhelmed.
I think my post is OT, sorry! Heh.
Just my 2cents.

A few handfulls satisfies and it doesn't pack the pounds on. Walnuts are REALLY good for you and eating them tires your jaw out |

Also cigarettes and beer...but you aren't legal, and beer is just as full of calories. |

Just get something to keep yourself bussy.
Or....don't buy any food. Maybe a bit drastic though

That said, boredom/lack of something to do isn't a bad thing - it's potential. It's an opportunity. Think of it like one. Find something to do - it doesn't even need to be all that productive. I go outside and read a book, or go on a walk. Play music. Read something real and worth reading even if it's just online.
There's so much to do in this world, and we spend so little time on it, much less with the ability to choose what we do, that there's no reason not to make good use of the time you've got.
