I asked this question: My powerseller discount has not been calculated as of today (according to FAQ, it should have been around 20 days ago) and I recieve the invoices at the beginning of each month. I just thought you should know, because maybe it's an isolated problem concerning just my account.
I got this response: I understand your query. I regret you for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. In this case, I would suggest you contact the seller directly by phone and explain him this situation. Often, members can work out issues by talking to each other directly.
The guy didn't even bother the read the query and ironically he claimed "he understood it". Not enough words to describe this situation, but I am going with "funny in a frustrating way"

Paypal have been helpful when I've got them on the phone before, alas - your quarrel is not with them.

Not only do they make it very hard to contact them, restricting any and all communications to email only, they absolutely do not listen to queries and problems. Their default response for any and all queries is to "talk to the seller/customer" to completely unrelated queries, and then that's pretty much it. They do not do much beyond that.
PayPal, on the other hand, are usually on top of things. |

Microsoft.
There, I said it.
But, when I have called there, I've gotten smart people and had my problems resolved within 5 minutes. Also, my ISP is pretty good.
