Ebay Money!!!!

I just received a nice check from a law firm from a class action law suit agents Ebay. I guess they were caught padding the finial value fees. Mine covered all my sales from 2005-2009.

It is a very nice check. Anyone else get one?

Hence why I no longer use Ebay. Unfortunately I didn't sell enough during that time to get anything I'm sure.

No, I didn't get one
Just a lot of unfair and buyer-biased treatment as an ebay seller is about all.

Possibly. This is honestly the first I've heard of this.

I got this check in the mail on wednesday for a hefty sum of $1.04. I was thinking of buying everyone on talkbass a new bass with my winnings.

Should I expect to get something, or do I need to contact someone?

I have been selling the last 4 years or so, and have thousands worth of sales.

Is that all?
I have been going over my records and the best I can come up with is they over charged the finial value fee by about .5 % on every transaction over a long period (04/21/05 to 8/26/09 for me). I sold a lot over that time, around 30k.

I got about 250X more then you.
