So I have heard of eggnog but never tried it, as it's more of an American thing really.
However, I just looked up the recipe as I was tempted to make some. Low and behold I realise it's basically a Custard Tart without the pastry (and a bit more milky boozy). Wow, my favourite tart in liquid form...I must try it! |

It happens to be the same recipe I use for making french toast, but I add cinnamon.
