Wolves are top! Our rightful place at last. I'm loving this, even if it is only for a couple of hours.

Was wondering when this thread would start. As an Evertonian, not found the enthusiasm to do so, so glad you've done it!

Anyway, home defeat to newly promoted, illness ravaged team battered 4 nil last week...Here's to another season of disappontment, underachievement and gloom.

Good luck to Mick and his voluminous shorts

Both Arsenal and Everton were unlucky this week..

Well done Wolves! How they clawed their way back last season I'll never know

Off the mark

Tim Howard saves a pen, they miss another and Arteta slots a pen home in the 92nd minute. Best way to win an away game....get battered for 90 mins and nick it at the death.

Just need Bolton to do the biz at Anfield and it will make MOTD worth watching.

Interesting Sunday to say the least, but I'm not in much position to comment further, eh?

Hiding my head in shame. Even with 6 starters out, you can't give up 8 goals.

Some interesting results this weekend, and the table has some surprising positions: Spurs on the bottom, Wolves in 5th (well done!), Arsenal no where near what I would expect, even with so many of their best out. Top 4 pretty much what I expected.

Still early, though, plenty of time for things to turn around for some and go completely wrong for others.

You think?
So what's the deal with Berbatov? To me it seems like a total waste to have him on the bench.
