Which eReaders are available in Canada?

I've been considering getting one, mostly out of the sheer convenience of it, but I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out which ones are available in Canada.

Are my only options the Kindle or Sony's eReader? I'm not particularly keen on either of them (the one I like the most is the nook, but it's not available in Canada), so I'd like to know if I have others to consider.

Experiences, opinions, etc. welcome.

I say wait for the iPad. Not strictly a reader, but that is the best part about it.

Kindle is supposed to have "world access" now...so I assume that includes Canada

I don't know about the Sony reader but I know that the Nook doesn't have Text To Speech which pretty much exclusively how I read right now...Kindle does and that's why I use it. Blocking TTS on certain books ticks me off though, and I wish there was another e-reader company with more balls to stand up on this issue. Although at this point I've found hacks to enable TTS on kindle books.
