the summers here are crazy hot, today was 47C temp (max) and its getting unbearable because i have to go out a bit everyday. but i dont know why i have got this serious headache all the time, i am drinking a lot of water and taking in electrolytes too. am not out in the sun a lot and am eating the usual too. but am feeling ill and my head feels like a brick all the time. its been two days, i have been sleeping and living with this headache.
because of this am not able to do much at all, if i speak a bit or listen to any noise the headache just gets insane. i dont feel like watching tv or using the computer, see i havent even posted in days!
i spoke to the family doc on the phone and he just said i should drink more water but i think i would need to go and see him but i have a feeling he will blame it on the heat outside and not have a cure. anyone has any suggestions?

In those temperatures, you need a lot of water, upwards of five liters a day (and much, much more when doing physical labour). You need more water than your thirst.
Edit: found this:

I know it sounds nuts but in the summers here it can get up to 35-38C, and I absolutely have to keep my hair cut short otherwise it drives me crazy - my scalp itches, I sweat like crazy and I'll have headaches that drive me nuts. If my hair's short it totally disappears.
