Exercises to do before bed?

Sign in to disble this ad
Is there any good exercises i can do (and a good number) before bed, i dont want to do too much as i dont want to be lying awake in bed at night from the adrenalin, so what can i do?

It's one of the few times i can do exercises or should i not bother?

Bass Junkie.

You should probably shoot for earlier in the evening? I wouldn't do anything shortly before bed. (unless we're talking about some cooperation with the wife/GF etc *wink wink)
I usually do about 30 mins or so of curls, lifts, sit ups, push ups just various simple stuff and I feel pretty good from it. Lost 10 lbs as well.
there's always a benefit

Exercise at least an hour before going to bed. When you exercise you get your metabolism going, and it won't be easy to sleep. Give your body time to spin down before going to bed.

Obviously working out right before bed isn't the best idea, as stated already. But if you have your heart set on doing something right before going to bed then doing a really good stretching routine for half an hour will make you feel great when sleeping and when you wake up.
