I've had this idea for years, but we've never had the technology to achieve it... until now!

I was just thinking about this sorta thing today! How cool (and also potentially REALLY boring) would it be to watch somebody else's vision?

ok, on second though, it would be fun for about 30 seconds, then it would just suck. You're walkin' down the pavement, woohoo, how exciting...

I kind of wonder what the use of an eye camera is..I mean, people already have the means to record their life pretty much constantly...and technology has also made it easier to share every minute detail of someone's life...so really...what more do we need to know about someone that an eye camera will capture?

next thing you know, there'll be some sort of technology that can read and project people's thoughts...too much info there hehe

If he had it broadcasting to a hard drive to save automatically....that would be extremely handy and useful IMO. You could go back and look up what happened at any time, exactly the way you saw it. Just get a tiny external hard drive the size of a wallet with built in wifi and enough space for a day or two's video. Hecks yeah!

It wont happen (in North America), it will need some sort of battery and nobody will install a battery into a human body unless it's manditory (pacemaker, etc). Trust me, I've wanted subdermal/transdermal LED's for years and noone will touch it with a 10ft pole.
