Indeed Korea was another fun race to watch.

Hopefully NBC will do a good job with the broadcasts.

I don't watch it on speed anymore (prefer both Sky and BBC; BBC with Brundle/Coulthard last year was the best team ever), but Buxton does a really great job (with GP2/GP3 too) and I hope NBC snatches him up asap. The would be smart to get the whole team, but I doubt they will. If they get the Indycar team to do it, you should all blow your TV up. That would be horrible.

Buxton has been the best thing for Speed in a long time. His enthusiasm in the pits is contagious. He is obviously a real fan of the sport. Mrs. 9mmMike will be sad.

Well wasn't Abu Dhabi a race for the ages!
Kimi & Lotus finally get a well earned win!
Alonso holds on!
Vettel moves up 21 spots to finish 3rd!

Not that India wasn't also a fine race but WOW!

Next Up is Austin COTA. I will be watching the race at home, tix were not in the finances this year, planning for next year though.

How hilarious is it that Abu Dhabi and Valencia have been two of the most interesting races this year. Go figure..

Another awful Tilke track and yet what a cool race. Go Kimi! Go Alonso!

Such a great race. Can't believe that Vettel made it that far through the pack. Helluva drive for Kimi and Vettel for sure (and Alonso by default for doing so well in that Ferrari).

Also very excited. I've got tickets in Turn 2 at COTA. Will be my first F1 race.

Vettel had a good drive but had some upfronters retire which didn't hurt his P3 finish either. I was blown away by the Kimi win. With a few more laps I think Alonso could've pulled it off but glad Kimster got a P1 podium finish.

I can't wait until Austin. With only 10 pts separating Alonso and Vettel it's awesome the last 2 races will (finally) matter again. I'll be there all 3 days.

The safety car helped Vettel for sure but still a terrific drive! I loved watching Kimi manage the gap. He was definately in command of that race. Be pleased to see another win from Lotus before the season ends.

The radio exchanges between Kimi and his race engineer had me laughing.

Yep, great stuff. I loved hearing him talk about his upcoming hangover too.

Had a chance to walk COTA this past weekend during the Formula Run event. The elevation changes are all over the place. Even from T11 to T12, it's a slight uphill, blind into 12. Quite an exciting track, and I cannot wait.

I'm in Turn 12. I expect some excitement coming out of that area.

Also, yeah Kimi's "Leave me alone- I know what to do!" over the radio was fantastic lulz...

Can't wait to see Austin. I LOVE the elevation changes they built into it.

Should be fun.

Hoping Vettel seals his third that weekend, too.

Same here. Somewhere in 12-9. Since I couldn't tell how the bleechers were numbered, I guesstimated 9 was about dead center counting back and forth.

Anybody got any great ideas for what you're gonna be doing for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night in Austin?
