Or maybe it did. Maybe that whole building was made in a plastic mold with fake facades attached.

Well, my friend just came back from a trip to the Mainland China and told me that they had the worst flood in 10 years.
In many places the water rose over 4 meters he told me.
If the pics are recent, and if they didn't anticipate the flooding during the construction, a structural collapse like in the pics is more than likely.
