a waste of thread maybe but i thought this fail pic was amusing that my friend had as an idea. 57 is the mark you get when they won't even boost you up to a pass, a 60. 59 they do, 58 they do but not a 57 . So now because of those 3 marks I do not have my high school diploma and have to take an extra French course before college.
The end mark in this pic is an average for all of the french courses above.
In other words this is a fail pic thread, because I'm guessing this OP will fail so hard

The fact you almost passed french, or the fact you live in a French Speaking province and STILL failed. |

At my school district, you pass with a 50, if you get a 48 or 49 the teachers may or may not give you a pity pass. We also have a credit recovery course, the school takes a look at thecourse that you failed, find your weak spots and then let you take those certain sections over again.

| Hey, hey take it easy, it's not as if the French are making fart noises when you try to study as to disturb you. The secret to learning any language is dead easy (and hastily implented to boot, since you live in freaking Montreal where finding French speaking people ain't rocket science):
a) Study + watch French TV. Even easier when you watch overdubs of films you've already watched.
b) Go to a restaurant, museum, chess club and talk with the people there. In French.
c) Rinse and repeat until you're bilingual.
Worked for me for English and I'm downright terrible when it comes to learning a new language. I failed at German more times than I care to remember because I wasn't getting enoug exposure to it for my stupid brain to process the lessons. |

Reading as you saw is my biggest flaw, i literally just can't get it.
And I want to learn the language but not like this, in school I just want to PASS this stupid course. I'm kind of embarrassed to be honest, at work when some french kid asks me something and i can't answer him
BTW I have proven to every teacher and person I have had, that I can not learn this language. There is something wrong there I dunno but i can't do it. i know barely anymore then i did 3 years ago. I think I just simply can't focus on something like french.

slick buddy | You are mistaken on two counts. First you believe you have a reputation to uphold, and second, you obviously mistook us for people who care. |

Last semester I missed 40 days of school but I managed to pass with 70's - 90's. Maybe you should take an easier French course this time around?

At my High School you needed a 65 to pass a class, so don't complain.
Take this as a proverbial kick in the ass that you need to focus more on your studies if you want to succeed in college and that your current work ethic just isn't working.
