Ain't nothing like real Tex-Mex.

Cut up red, yellow, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions and let them sit in a little bit of garlic cloves and salt all day.
Fire up the grill. Place chicken on grill, place vegetables in grill basket on grill. Cook until tender.
Heat up a cast iron flat skillet inside to toast the flour tortillas.
Add Chicken, veggies, sour cream, Picante, shredded jack and a tiny bit of Chipotle Tabasco sauce to tortilla. Wrap up.
EAT with preferably a Tecate. |
