Lately it's been thin crust with pepperoni, bacon, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, and pineapple.

A friend of mine owns a string of Papa Murphy's franchises. Believe it or not, their stuff is quality. He has those kids in there every day making dough, shredding cheese, and slicing a bunch of stuff. The only thing that come from a can are black olives and pineapple.

Best pizza I ever had? Gino's in Chicago.

Man, I don't understand this cracker-crust love...just so wrong. I enjoy a moderately thin crust, but it has to have a toothy give to it, not overly crisp...gotta be able to fold it in the middle of the end crust and have it keep shape.

can't help it, brother...always loved that thin crispy crust.

just for laughs, i called my local papa murphy's and they said i could buy just the crust for 2.00. seems like a good deal.

i'm going to go down when they open and buy 2. then, using some sauce from the fridge and some italian grated cheese, gonna have them for dinner tonight.

got some mushrooms and onions and going to buy about 3.00 worth of sliced cappocola (sic?) from the deli and see if i can make it as good as Sam Darras used to be.

Unfortunately I don't live in Chicago any more. And Dallas doesn't have good pizza, so I have to wait till I travel to get good pizza. I need to make a trip back to Chi town in the near future.

The west coast pizza I've had has been good, but you have to know where to find it. I've had better pizza at a few places in the Puget Sound than what I had at Gino's.

There is plenty of bad pizza. Pretty much any of the pizza chain places are terrible and border line inedible.
