I like to have Ritz crackers during practice but I always reward myslef after a nice long practice with some.good hot food. Usually some White Castles with cheese or hot pockets. Im a teen so if it cooks in the microwave I love it.

pizza here as well, not dominos, usually from a place called bull's eye. Also, usually accompanied by a bottle of upper canada dark ale or black oak nut brown ale.

Practice - Morning practice is coffee - lots of coffee - and water. If I practice at night it's either more coffee or maybe wine or beer.

Band rehearsals is coffee - is there a pattern here? Used to be beer but for some reason we've been sticking to coffee for the last few months. Sometimes pizza or chinese food if it's a long rehearsal. Guitar player, who's house we rehearse at, is also a decent vegetarian cook. He's made dinner for everyone more than once.
