Alright, I give up, I've had enough.
Next year I'm going to be a student at the Delft University of Technology (
http://home.tudelft.nl/en/). I already got admitted and am thrilled to go study there. (For all the tech geeks; the creators of Nuna and Delphi C3, and lots more). Now all I need is a room, since I wouldn't want to travel for an hour to and from every day just to go to classes.
Unfortunately, finding a room is impossible!

It's either that or the students already living in the appartment want to have a girl as a new roomie, or they want an older student (I'm 18), or the room is already given away or they have crazy standards that i must meet, or the rent is ginormous, or I can't come to the day they meet the possible new roomies because I just graduated from high school, which drags on in its ceremonies and whatever, or I can't come to those days because I can't drive and have no other transport (legal age is 18 here, im taking lessons but am nowhere near license, and the train is bloody expensive) or smoking is allowed (and I'm rather asthmatic).
I mailed 6 possible rooms today, and yesterday 4, heard nothing yet, but my hopes aren't great...
Anybody got tips on what I should do now?
(thanks for the rant, i needed that)
