FireFox let me down

After installing FF3 I am having trouble with some areas of the ebay listing page.

This is from FF support page. Same happening to me.

Trying to revise an ebay listing. Drop downs aren't working. Shipping calculator malfunctions. Asks for value, but box to put value in isn't there. Keeps saying there's an error, but no way to correct it. IE works FINE (who would'a thunk it) I want my Firefox 2 back!!!

The initial release of a new browser version doesn't work properly? That almost never happens.

I know, what was I thinking! I wish I had waited. Apparently there is no going back.

http://www.oldapps.com/firefox.htm

I have not used this site personally, but there are a bunch of sites that host legacy apps.

Can I ask a question - Mozilla and Firefox have always given me hell when I want to download something. Why does it take such a long time to process the beginning and the end of downloads? I would have to go over to Safari to do my downloading instead where I can download as many files as possible without it slowing the computer down and freezing everything until the download is done.
