I heard on the radio today that there is a Footloose remake. What was wrong with original? I love it.

"Its from the 80's?? Remake it!"
Or reboot/sequel/prequel/etc.

Just like there was nothing wrong with the original versions of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Bad News Bears, The Amityville Horror, Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory, Dawn of the Dead, The Day the Earth Stood Still, War of the Worlds, Psycho, The Karate Kid, Planet of the Apes, The Poseidon Adventure, House of Wax (although seeing Paris Hilton die was worth it), The Wicker Man, Alice in Wonderland, and a score of other movies I can't think of right now.

I can't take that cheese with, say, DiCaprio, or Rogen, or McLovin.

Why don't they start doing remakes of BAD movies? They've only seem to have done that with the Hulk from 2001 or whatever. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
