Former pop stars Debbie Gibson & Tiffany in horror movie on Syfy Channel

Former pop stars Debbie Gibson & Tiffany in horror movie on the Syfy Channel this week.

"Mega Python vs. Gatoroid"

If you're not convinced on the title alone, the story is based on a real struggle between native and imported species in the Everglades, most famously the startling discovery in 2005 of a released Burmese python that had burst while swallowing a 6-foot American alligator: '80s pop star Debbie Gibson plays a fanatical animal activist who releases exotic snakes into the swamp; her old charts rival Tiffany is the incensed park ranger who doses alligators with steroids in an effort to combat the invading hoard of snakes.

“We settle our old ’80s music rivalry by putting on short skirts and throwing snakes and ’gators at each other,” Gibson joked to the New York Times.

Sounds like everybody wins.
Seriously, it can't be as half as good as Deborah's epic "Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fa7ck5mcd1o

My violinist from Jon Sandler and The Fancy Band went to the premier tonight! He plays with Debbie Gibson, so he got all sorts of VIP treatment.

Wasn't Tiffany in Mega Piranna?

Opps, did I just admit that I watched Mega Piranna?

Syfi has a trailer out for this, but I can't link it. Gibson is hot.

SyFy has the worst original movies. I'll pass by and see a seconds worth of something and think 'oh, that looked interesting' so I turn it back for a minute and its just utter crap.

Their movies are bad but I will admit that I hit up Syfy during commercial breaks of sporting events that I am watching quite often. Very entertaining acting, and usually some no-name hot chicks showing cable rated bewbies.
