I have noticed a trend when something is for sale in the forums, free character bumps.
What if a complete toolbag sell something in the forums,
"Free bump for a complete douchbag!"

Getting bumped is part of establishing reputation. If you are new with no rep points, you probably won't get very many social bumps  I tend to bump people I've done business with or bump basses I've previously owned. One hand washes the other.
