Just out of curiosity, what do you guys get up to for fun of a Friday?
Almost every Friday for me involves getting the eff away from school as quickly as possible, heading into Zürich, picking up a 6-pack of lager and heading to our band room with a few friends. We play music, have a few drinks, play frisbee, sing along to Queen and play Tekken. Things wind up 11ish and I'm back home midnightish. Not too on-the-edge, but hey, it's enjoyable!

Nowadays Friday nights means staying at home, watch a little TV, surf a bit of web, drink tea, and generally live the life of a boring geezer!
Enjoy your youth, you might be like me someday!

It also often meant a gig night for my bf when he was with a cover band, which meant I got to go-go dance all evening. These days, date night only happens when a) my young step-daughter visits her mum for the weekend, b) neither of us has band practice, and c) the bf isn't playing a sub gig. Eventually, Fridays will mean gig nights for our band - or so we hope! | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
