For the Gamers (CryEngine 3 Tech Demo)

Normally I never get all excited from a tech demo. They're jut neat, is all.

But now, CryEngine 3 has a video demonstrating some of the capabilities and whatnot.

HD does it better justice.

It's amazing, I think. No other engine out there comes close to it in my opinion.

Apparently its super optimized to be able to be 360 and PS3 compatible.

Then I wonder if that tech demo is playing at a quality only a monster computer would be able to play. Hard to imagine a console playing that caliber of detail in real time.

Wow. That's downright incredible. I don't expect to see graphics that good on a console until next gen though...
