It'll be released on the current console, but perhaps it will also be available for PS4.

Yeah, with so many franchises from my youth seeming to go the way of vhs tapes, its nice that there is still one constant that I know I can always look forward to.

IV was just different; more real as far as a game can go. I still think I like Vice City the best overall, and III for its innovation.

I think 5 will combine the realism of 4, but with a lighter atmosphere a la San Andreas.

I played the first few missions, but I didnt like the character that I was playing as and I gave it up.

Its funny that one can beat the story mode and complete the missions and only be about 30% complete.
Once I beat the story my focus shifts to causing mayhem.

I rarely finish the story mode, or cause much mayhem. I tend to get bored out of GTA games a bit quickly.

I play GTA almost exclusively for its storytelling. IMHO, it tends to be some of the more interesting and compelling stuff in the gaming industry.

For the record I rarely ever finished any games in the last few years. I get bored easily with single player stuff.

I think I might check out the OUYA instead of the new microsoft/sony/nintendo platforms coming.

edi: probably not, my roommate is moving in May and the TV is his, I doubt I'll buy one.

Depending on what kind of plugs your monitor has you might be able to plug it straight into that.

The main reason the delay pissed me off so bad was that it was supposed to come out this spring (as most R* games do). So to delay it so close to release is kind of a d*** move. Seeing how I've moved away from online gaming recently, I wanted to get one last, solid, single player game for the summer before I go off to college this fall.

It's whatever though. I'm sure the delay is for the best. At the end of the day, I'd rather get a completely finished game, than a glitchy game that needs to be patched constantly.
