Well I'm not old enough to take a real job yet and I'm wondering if there are any young TB members like me who know good ways to get some money for gear.

I think they profit about $5 dollar from that after sitting out in the sun serving people all day. Also they spend like $2 of supplies but there parents pay for that so it doesn't matter. Any other advice?

Walking dogs is good idea more of a pet sitter because dog walking just seems a little... and i don't wanna go take any babysit classes only to be not hired because they would rather have a 8 year old girl who likes babies take care of their kid rather than a 13 year old who knows how to handle emergencies...

Because they're sexist against boys who know how to handle things.
Seriously though, you're underage. No one's going to hire you. You shouldn't even be wanting expensive things, because you're not that old. So either start getting an allowance or get over it. Or you can do what I did, which was to stop eating lunch and pocketing the money for myself.

Hell there are a bunch of 8-12 year old kids babysitting around where i live. I like to play bass and its what i plan to do for the rest of my life.. that and saxophone. So i plan to start buying things and saving now... I have a pathetic allowance of 4.50 a week while all my friends get $13... they don't do anything and i work almost all weekend leaving time for very little else. And i want extra money to get stuff
